Short version: we store the minimum needed to run an account.
What we collect
- Account: your email address, nickname and avatar choice
- Activity: the devices you follow, mark as owned, and the comments you post
- Submissions: links and notes you send us when sharing a device
What we do not collect
We do not sell personal data, and we do not build advertising profiles. Browsing the public pages does not require an account.
How it is used
Account data is used to sign you in and attribute your contributions. Submission data is used to research and publish device profiles. Aggregate counts (followers, owners) are shown publicly without revealing individual identities beyond your public nickname.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account from your account settings. Deleting an account removes your profile, follows and ownership marks. Published device facts remain, since they describe products rather than people.
